Massage TherapistThe Four Seasons Resort L?na'i is looking for a Massage Therapist who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Work authorization required.What You'll DoHawanawana Spa invites you to join our team as a Massage Therapist, where you will deliver personalized, high-quality massage treatments to guests, ensuring a luxurious and rejuvenating experience that embodies the brand's standards of excellence. This role requires a deep understanding of various massage techniques, a guest focused approach, and a commitment to maintaining a professional, serene environment. You will also contribute to the overall spa experience by promoting wellness offerings and supporting the team in creating a memorable experience for all guests.Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:Conduct thorough consultations to understand guest needs, health concerns, and preferences.Provide a variety of massage services, such as Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty treatments, tailored to guest preferences.Educate guests about the benefits of treatments and recommend personalized spa programs.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment room, adhering to Four Seasons' standards.Ensure proper sanitization of equipment and restocking of products.Uphold a tranquil and professional atmosphere in the spa.Handle all guest interactions with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.Promote other spa services and wellness programs, encouraging guests to explore the full range of offerings.Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations through thoughtful and attentive service.Work harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless spa operations.Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about spa updates, trends, and protocols.Comply with all health, safety, and operational standards to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.What To BringLegal work authorization in United StatesRequired by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance cardAbility to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30lbs, and push/pull as needed during shiftsWeekend and holiday availability requiredHawaii State License as a Massage TherapistA minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury spa environment, performing massage treatmentsStrong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniquesA passion for health, wellness, and creating transformative guest experiencesJoin Our 'Ohana And Enjoy Our Amazing Benefits:Hourly Rate: $16.00Competitive wagesInclusive and diverse employee engagement & recognition events all year-roundComplimentary Employee Meals & Dry Cleaning for Employee UniformsComprehensive learning and development programs to help you master your craftEnergizing Employee Culture where you are encouraged to be your true self!And so much more!
