Job description
Forest Park Nursing Center is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator to manage timely and accurate completion of the RAI process and care management from admission to discharge in line with policy and federal/state guidelines.
Under direction from the Director of Nursing and VP of Clinical Reimbursement, you may coordinate information systems operations and provide education for the clinical department, ensuring compliance and quality care throughout the resident lifecycle.
