Certified Medical AssistantPride Health is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant to support our client's medical facility in Rutherford, NJ 07070. This is a 6-month assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!Job Name: Certified Medical AssistantJob Type: ContractDuration: 6-month Contract (Possibility of extension or conversion)Pay rate: $20-$23/hr. On W2 (Pay rate is based on experience)Schedule: 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm (1 rotating Saturday 8am-1pm)Float Locations: Bayonne, Hoboken, Maywood, NJResponsibilities:Handle registration, scheduling, phones, and patient appointments.Record vitals and document clinical information accurately.Assist physicians with exams and procedures.Maintain cleanliness, sterilization, and infection control standards.Stock and manage medical supplies and equipment.Schedule tests and coordinate patient services.Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.Communicate effectively with patients and providers.Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED.Graduated from Medical Assistant program, Certification (CMA, CCMA, RMA) (certification is required).BLS Certification is required.Pride-Health offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
