Job description
Montpelier Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Medical Director to lead our three-doctor team. We are expanding and modernizing our practice and will invest in new capabilities. A veterinary license in Virginia and a DVM/VMD are required, with at least 3 years of clinical experience and a passion for leadership and growth.
The role offers a five-day week with no weekends, no on-call, and no late nights, plus comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.
