Job description
Stone Ridge Veterinary Medical Center & Pet Resort (Conroe) is seeking a Medical Lead Veterinarian to champion clinical excellence and mentor a team of associate veterinarians. You will partner with the Practice Manager to build a healthy, engaged team and advance patient care in a center known for its strong family connections.
You will lead initiatives to improve medical standards, drive hospital performance toward EBITDA goals, and coordinate growth through a structured mentorship program
