Job description

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 12 months within the last 12 months.
• 3 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• 12 months of acute care experience.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a New Mexico license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at this facility cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at this facility cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Preferred Skills/Experience: Pediatrics experience preferred.
Required Credentials: Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 90 days must be explained.
Unit Details: Patient population includes pediatric patients, adult female patients over 18 years of age, postpartum mothers, postoperative patients, and general med-surg patients. Performs point-of-care testing procedures.

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
