Job description

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Medical Surgical Unit experience with any experience within the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
• 12 months of acute care experience.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - Needs to be competent in dysrhythmia.
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Swallow screen preferred. - Neuro experience preferred.
Special Requests: - Must be available for holidays as decided during phone screening.
Unit Details: - Neuro Med Surg unit. - Adult patient population. - Common diagnosis/treatment: CVA, TIA, inability to ambulate, seizure, common urinary, common respiratory, rarely cardiac. - Uses Mindray vital sign machines, GE EKG, and cardiac monitors.
Shift & Scheduling: - 2 of 4 weekends per schedule, or 4 of the 8 weekend shift days. Will hire for straight weekends if preferred by candidate.
Floating Requirements: - Floating if needed, but rare.
14 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years
Driver’s license required
