Additional Details:

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.

Special Requests: No RTO 3/21-4/18.

Unit Details: The unit typically has 8 to 10 pediatric patients and 4-6 adult female patients, depending on the severity of the RSV season. During milder RSV seasons, there are more adult female patients. The RN’s goal is no more than 5 patients, although this depends entirely on census and available staff. A centralized staffing office determines staffing throughout the hospital based on census and acuity. The unit uses Allscripts as its charting system and Acu-dose as its medication system.

Floating Requirements: The agency RN would be the first to float if census is down, so the RN would need to be comfortable with adult patients.
