Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Medical Surgical Unit experience with any experience within the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
• 12 months of acute care experience.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Dysrhythmia competency required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Swallow screen experience preferred. Neuro experience preferred.
Special Requests: Must start by 10/26.
Unit Details: Patient ratios are 1:6 and can be up to 1:7 depending on ED holds. Equipment includes Mindray vital sign machines, GE EKG, and cardiac monitors. The patient population is adult. Common diagnoses/treatments include CVA, TIA, inability to ambulate, seizures, common urinary conditions, common respiratory conditions, and rare cardiac conditions.
Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 48 per week upon request. Weekend requirements are 2 of 4 weekends per schedule, or 4 of the 8 weekend shift days. Straight-weekend schedules are available if preferred by the candidate. Holiday availability is required as decided during phone screening.
Floating Requirements: Floating may be required if needed, but is rare.
14 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years
Driver’s license required
