What You'll Do
Guide and support newly hired employees during onboarding
Helping new employees feel welcomed, confident, and successful
Demonstrate company values and safety expectations
Answer questions and provide day-to-day coaching
Help new employees build confidence in their role
Support teamwork and collaboration
Communicate progress and concerns with supervisors and HR
Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive attitude
Serve as a role model through professionalism, attendance, and work ethic

Minimum Requirements
Have at least one year of continuous employment with FC
Be in good attendance standing
Have no formal disciplinary write-ups within the past 12 months
Demonstrate consistent safe work practices
Maintain a positive attitude and professional conduct
Be recommended by your supervisor (if applicable)
