Metal Powder Coating Painter$19-$20Location: Terrell TXMUST have 2+ years of experience. 5am-2:30-3:30Will be working 6 days a weekBilingual (is a plus)Job DescriptionThe Metal Powder Coater is responsible for applying powder coating finishes to metal surfaces using electrostatic spray equipment and ovens. This role includes preparing surfaces, masking, coating, curing, and inspecting parts to ensure a high-quality, durable finish. The position requires attention to detail, knowledge of coating techniques, and adherence to safety and production standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare metal parts through cleaning, sanding, and masking.Apply powder coatings using spray guns and curing ovens.Inspect coated items for evenness, color match, and finish quality.Maintain coating equipment and work area cleanliness.Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations.Meet daily production schedules and quality targets.QualificationsExperience with powder coating equipment and techniques.Basic understanding of metal types and surface prep methods.Ability to read work orders and follow instructions.
