Job description
Sprig in San Francisco is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales - Mid-market to lead and scale our sales organization. This true player-coach role partners with Account Executives, coaches BDRs, and establishes repeatable sales motions that drive sustainable revenue growth.
Reporting to Head of Revenue, you will shape go-to-market strategy, build a high-performing sales culture, and lead from the front in hybrid SF HQ with four days onsite.
