Location: Waukesha, WI
Job Summary
Adecco is hiring Welders for a leading manufacturing company in Waukesha, WI. This position is responsible for welding, fabricating, and assembling metal components while maintaining high quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has previous MIG and/or TIG welding experience, can read blueprints, and takes pride in producing quality work.
Responsibilities
Perform welding operations on carbon steel, stainless steel, and other metal componentsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructionsSet up and operate welding equipment safely and efficientlyInspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with specificationsUse grinders, hand tools, and power tools to prepare and finish materialsMeasure and verify dimensions using appropriate measuring devicesWork closely with production and quality teams to meet manufacturing goalsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications
Previous welding experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or production environmentExperience with MIG welding required; TIG welding experience is a plusAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsFamiliarity with welding symbols and measuring toolsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to lift, move, and handle materials in a manufacturing settingReliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications
Welding certification or technical trainingExperience working with large fabricated parts or industrial equipmentExperience with grinding, fitting, and fabrication processes Pay & Benefits
