Job description
Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking an experienced retail operations leader to manage donated merchandise and drive sales while controlling expenses. You will supervise store staff, ensure excellent donor/customer service, and uphold safety and SOP policies.
Responsibilities include budgeting, staff development, and meeting sales goals. A 21+ driver’s license and strong English communication are required to support community-based programs and growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
