Mobile Maintenance Technician $25-$30/hr
$25.00-$30.00/hr (Based on Experience) | 1st Shift
Located in Lebanon, Ohio

Principal Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on mobile equipment including:
Bobcat skid steers
Bobcat excavators
Volvo wheel loaders
Forklifts
Sweeping equipment
Material handlers
Diagnose mechanical and equipment issues accurately and efficiently
Obtain parts and technical information needed to complete repairs
Maintain adequate and accurate parts inventory
Complete repairs correctly and in a timely manner
Read and interpret technical manuals and service documentation
Use appropriate testing and diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting
Complete work orders, timecards, and documentation accurately using a tablet or computer
Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas
Communicate effectively with production, management, customers, and team members
Protect confidential company information and maintain professionalism
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required (technical school preferred)
Valid driver's license required
Previous mobile equipment mechanic experience preferred
Minimum 1-2 years of mechanical repair experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
Proficiency with tablets, computers, and digital work order systems
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Compensation: $25-$30/hr (Based on Experience, Benefit Package Available)
