Mobile Refurb./CarpenterManasquan, NJ, USA per hourHourlyFull TimePosition Summary:This role is responsible for performing work in the refurbishment, repair, and maintenance of mobile MR/CT/NM/PET trailers and equipment; performs related work as assigned.Key ResponsibilitiesPerforms 100-point checklist upon mobile arrival and departure facility.Acts on mechanical deficiencies found on 100-point checklist.Refurbish mobile trailer units.Clean and maintain the interior of mobile.Diagnoses, rebuilds and repairs mobiles.Assists in installs/de-installs of medical equipment into/from mobile.Performs inspections and preventive maintenance of vehicles and equipment.Prepares and maintains records and reports.Education:Required:High School Diploma or equivalentReferred:College Degree preferredProfessional Skills/Abilities:Problem Solving/AnalysisProject ManagementTechnical CapacityCarpentry ExperiencePersonal Qualities:Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and unwavering commitment.A proactive, hands-on strategic thinker who will be a team player with a positive and supportive attitude.Attention to detail, highly motivated.Indicated Performance MeasuresQualitative KPIs such as:Customer satisfaction.Promptness of response to users' request for support.Accuracy and report quality and meeting deadlines.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
