St. Vincent's Hospital Westchester in Harrison, NY, seeks a Wellness Specialist for its Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Program.
The role operates within a mobile, multidisciplinary team delivering recovery-oriented services to adults with mental illness. The Wellness Specialist develops individualized wellness plans with clients and families, applying the Wellness Self-Management model and integrating self-care and healthy habits into daily routines.
