Job description
Molding Technician - Day Shift (6:00am to 6:00pm)US Conec is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Molding Technician to join our day shift team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you'll support injection molding operations by setting up machines, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized production floor. You'll work closely with the Shift Lead to execute daily tasks and contribute to a safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesOperate hydraulic lift and scissor lift table to move molds into injection molding machinesSet molds into machines using specialized equipment and controlled proceduresFollow Lock-Out Tag-Out protocols as applicableMaintain cleanliness and organization of the Molding Floor through sweeping, mopping, and regular machine wipe-downsStock and organize molding cabinets and cartsAssist with additional molding floor and machine duties as directed by the Shift LeadMust HavesLess than high school education, or up to one month of related experience/training, or equivalent combinationForklift certification requiredAbility to follow written procedures and safety protocolsStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanlinessWillingness to work collaboratively and take directionWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly compensation with shift-based incentivesComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plansPaid time off and holidays to support work-life balance401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matchA collaborative, safety-focused cultureOpportunities for cross-training and advancementInclusive workplace with reasonable accommodations for qualified individualsUS Conec will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
