Texas Roadhouse in Minnesota is seeking a legendary Managing Partner (General Manager) to oversee all facets of operations and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service are delivered at all times. You will lead the management team, set weekly schedules, review performance, and drive guest satisfaction.
This role requires 2+ years as GM/MP in a full-service concept, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
