Multi-Functional Manufacturing SupervisorAre you ready to take on a leadership role in F-35 Production Operations? As a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor, supporting the Forward Fuselage build area, you will play a crucial role in overseeing production teams responsible for assembling the world's most advanced fighter aircraft. Though this position is listed for a specific shift, the selected candidate must be willing to work any shift, including potential shift rotations, weekend schedules, and required overtime to support production needs.What You Will Be Doing:Supervise and direct a team of production employees, assigning tasks and ensuring proper execution.Drive build plans and implement changes to improve quality, schedule adherence, and cost performance.Foster a culture of First Time Right (FTR) and Foreign Object Damage (FOD) prevention.Ensure that employees maintain required certifications for specialized tasks.Promote and maintain a safe work environment, addressing any unsafe conditions promptly.Enforce compliance with Core processes and program-specific procedures.Proactively identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and technical competencies.Collaborate with Labor Relations and Human Resources to address skill gaps, training needs, and employee engagement.What's In It For You:3 day weekends every weekend! Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.Fort Worth, TX This position is in Fort Worth, TX à Discover Fort Worth.Basic Qualifications:Experience leading teams in dynamic production/manufacturing environments, or related fields.Experience with Aircraft maintenance or Aerospace manufacturing/productions methodologies in a professional environment, or relevant experience.Ability to work any shift as required, including weekend rotations and overtime.Experience using tools, &/or systems typically used in a production/manufacturing environment.Experience business metrics to drive performance (cost, schedule, &/or quality)MS Office proficiency, mainly with Teams, Outlook, and ExcelDesired Skills:F-35 production experience or familiarity with aircraft assembly processes.Experience managing in a union environment, working with Labor Relations and HR teams.Knowledge of Foreign Object Damage (FOD) prevention and First Time Right (FTR) principles.Strong leadership and coaching skills to support employee development and engagement.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $ - $ At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
