About the Role
We’re looking for a thoughtful, patient-focused Neurologist to practice broad, high-quality neurology within a supportive, multidisciplinary team. You’ll diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions — including headache disorders, epilepsy, movement disorders, neuromuscular disease, stroke, cognitive disorders, and sleep-related neurological conditions — while working closely with our sleep medicine specialists, behavioral health providers, and clinical staff to deliver truly coordinated care.

Minimum Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited institution
Completion of an accredited Neurology residency
Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology
Valid, unrestricted U.S. medical license (active Virginia license or ability to obtain one)
Demonstrated clinical experience evaluating and managing neurological conditions
Willingness to work on-site at our Hampton Roads, VA locations
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive neurological evaluations — histories, exams, and diagnostic study interpretation
Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of neurological disorders
Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Collaborate with sleep medicine specialists, behavioral health providers, and technologists for coordinated care
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and lifestyle changes
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support quality improvement initiatives
Stay current with emerging research, technologies, and neurology best practices
Ideal Candidate
Strong clinical expertise in general neurology (subspecialty interests welcome)
Experience with advanced diagnostics and integrated care models preferred
Excellent communication skills and a genuinely patient-centered approach
