About the Practice
Hospital-employed Neurosurgery opportunity with strong surgical volume, excellent APP support, and a balanced spine-focused practice.
Position Highlights
Practice Mix: ~80% Spine / 20% Cranial
Team: Join one experienced neurosurgeon + three dedicated APPs
Schedule: Consistent OR block time + two clinic days weekly
Volume: ~35 surgeries/month within the practice
Facility Highlights
Level II trauma center
24/7 hospitalist, radiology, and interventional radiology
Modern ORs and full imaging capabilities (XR, CT, MRI, U/S)
Air medical transport on-site
Compensation & Benefits
$1.3M Base Salary plus RVU productivity bonus
Signing bonus, relocation assistance, and loan repayment available
Paid malpractice with tail, full medical/dental/vision, PTO, retirement plans
CME time + stipend, dues, and professional expenses covered
