Job description
Micro Center is seeking a self-motivated Retail Sales and Merchandising Manager for our new store opening in Miami. The role leads sales floor operations, merchandising execution, and staff development to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve store goals.
The salary range is $95,000 – $110,000 plus bonus potential. Two or more years of big-box retail management experience and a college degree are preferred; strong leadership, coaching, and results orientation are essential.
