Job description
Midland-Marvel Recruiters, LLC is seeking a Nurse Director for NICU in Colorado. You will provide leadership for care delivery, coordinate clinical practice standards, and drive improvements aligned with the hospital's strategic objectives.
Work with a multidisciplinary team to implement person-centered care and ensure quality, licensing, and accreditation compliance. The role leads two NICUs within a Level IV program, with M-F administrative hours and on-call duties shared with two peers.
