Night AuditorCompensation: Starting at $17.00 per hour, Part-Time 11pm - 7amAbout Us: We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to accuracy and guest satisfaction.What You'll Do:Serve as the primary point of contact for guests during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and requestsBalance and reconcile the day's transactions, post charges, and run end-of-day reportsComplete the nightly audit and roll the system over to the next business dayPrepare daily financial summaries and deposits for the accounting teamMonitor property security, respond to alarms or incidents, and complete regular walk-throughsHandle reservations, phone inquiries, and late arrivals or no-showsPrepare breakfast service areas and assist with light morning setup as neededDocument shift notes and communicate any issues to the incoming morning teamWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or equivalentStrong math skills and exceptional attention to detailComfort with property management systems or willingness to learnClear, friendly communication skills and a professional demeanorAbility to work independently and make sound decisions with limited supervisionAvailability to work overnights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to stand for extended periodsWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly pay with overnight shift differentialDiscounted hotel stays and rates at partner properties
