About the Role:
As a Night Shift LPN/RN , you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents and patients. Your duties will include administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment, responding to emergencies, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Respond to emergencies and provide support as needed
Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
