Job description
Asante is seeking a full-time Nocturnist Hospitalist to join our expanding Hospitalist team at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center, a 378-bed regional referral hospital and Level II Trauma Center in beautiful Southern Oregon.
Practice in a highly collaborative, physician-led environment with strong specialty support, flexible scheduling options, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Position Qualifications
Education
Graduation from an approved ACGME - accredited Internal Medicine Residency program.
Required Certification/Licensure Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Current unrestricted MD/DO license by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners
Basic Life Support (BLS) certified from American Heart Association
Must obtain and maintain staff membership and appropriate privileges
Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs
Must meet all qualifications to participate in hospital's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
Total Rewards
Compensation
Annual base salary of $378,000 (minimum work requirement: 168 twelve-hour shifts per year)
Eligible for additional pay for extra shifts as well as a premium for night shifts
Year two: Eligible for quality incentive plan up to 10% annually
Up to $25,000 signing bonus
Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance
Up to $5,000 CME Allowance
