* 1099 locum contract
* Ongoing assignment (minimum of 3 months)

Additional Details:
* Outpatient Dental Clinic
* Locations available:
* Janesville, WI
* Kenosha, WI
* Start Date: 2/30/25
* Schedule: Mon-Friday, (open to 4 days weekly)
* Full Support Staff
* EMR: Denticon
* Procedures: Fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns/bridges, full/partial dentures, etc
Wave One for Endo
* Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days
Requirements:
* Open to new grads
* Must have active or be willing to obtain WI dental license
* Must be willing or enrolled in Medicaid
* Bread & Butter Dentistry
* Must have/or obtain BLS
