Key Responsibilities Assist the lead teacher with lesson planning, preparation, and classroom instruction.

Reinforce lessons by working with students individually or in small groups.

Support student supervision during lunch, recess, transitions, and field trips.

Help maintain accurate records, including attendance and grades.

Assist with documenting student progress and communicating updates to families.

Contribute to a positive and supportive classroom environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patient, dependable, and adaptable with a positive attitude.

Team-oriented and committed to creating inclusive learning spaces.

Basic understanding of instructional strategies, child development, and classroom management.

Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree, Associate degree, High School diploma, or equivalent.

Experience supporting students in a classroom or childcare setting preferred.

Compassionate and positive attitude with a commitment to student growth.
