This program combines classroom learning with hands-on clinical experience, giving you the skills and confidence needed to succeed in a long-term care environment.As a BHI Senior Living Community, the staff at Four Seasons Retirement Center are united in mission — we lead with compassion and provide opportunities to grow and thrive professionally.At Four Seasons Retirement Center, we believe building a career in healthcare should be both meaningful and supported.We offer:Paid training with real-world, hands-on experienceCompetitive hourly compensation during training and beyondCareer pathway opportunities into CNA roles based on performanceTuition reimbursement and professional development opportunitiesA supportive, team-oriented environment focused on learning and growthThis program is designed to prepare you for success as a CNA through a combination of classroom instruction and clinical experience.Upcoming Class:Classroom Training: November 2, 2026 to November 18, 2026 Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PMClinical Training (3 weeks following classroom): 8-hour shiftsSchedule varies and includes weekendsTraining Experience Includes:Classroom instruction with required at-home studyHands-on practice under the guidance of an instructorReal patient care experience during clinicals alongside experienced CNAsClinical shifts are typically from 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 2:15 PM to 10:45 PMScheduling:Upon successful completion of training, scheduling opportunities will be offered based on performanceWhile full-time placement is not guaranteed, we strive to accommodate scheduling preferences whenever possibleIn this role you will:Participate in a comprehensive CNA training programLearn and practice essential patient care skillsWork alongside experienced CNAs in a clinical settingProvide compassionate, hands-on care to residentsBuild foundational knowledge for a long-term career in healthcareWho you are:Passionate about starting a career in healthcareCompassionate, reliable, and eager to learnAble to commit to the full duration of the training and clinical programAble to pass a basic reading and math comprehension assessment during the interview processFour Seasons Retirement Center is an equal opportunity employer.
