nPosition Summary
nThe Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct patient care and support under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN). This role is essential to ensuring patient comfort, safety, and a positive care experience throughout their stay.
nKey Responsibilities
nnnProvide direct patient care as directed by the RN.

nnAssist patients with activities of daily living and mobility needs.

nnMaintain patient comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
n
nnObserve and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team.

nnAdhere to all departmental policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

nnFollow established safety, environmental, and infection prevention protocols.

nnContribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on high-quality patient care.

nnRepresent the facility with professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct, free from gifts or improper inducements.
