Job description
The Arc Lexington in New York is seeking a Nurse Educator to provide clinical leadership, staff development, and education across OPWDD-certified programs. This role combines nursing expertise with teaching to ensure exceptional healthcare outcomes for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
You will develop and deliver training for nursing staff and DSPs, onboard new staff, and lead competency assessments while aligning with regulations and best practices.
