Job description
Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager for Labor & Delivery/Postpartum to provide clinical and operational leadership across the mother-baby units, ensuring safe and high-quality care for mothers and newborns.
The role leads staffing, coaching, performance management, and patient safety initiatives, partnering with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to advance evidence-based practice and a culture of excellence within UHS.
