Job description
Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster, OH seeks an experienced Head Unit Nurse Manager to oversee Out-Patient Surgery operations and lead patient care teams. You will plan, organize, direct, and budget clinical functions while ensuring high-quality outcomes and staff development.
The role requires BSN with Ohio licensure, 3+ years in management, CPR; ACLS/PALS preferred; CNOR preferred; and strong computer skills.
