Job Summary and Responsibilities
nAs a Regional Float Pool Nurse at CHI Health, you will bring your clinical expertise to provide exceptional patient care across multiple Omaha Metro locations.
nEvery day, you will build trust in these interactions by presenting a positive attitude and by being reliable.
nYour success in this role comes from your ability to expedite our responsiveness to facilities with the greatest staffing needs, deploying your expertise as a qualified clinician who embodies our policies, procedures, and core values.
nnnFollow the nursing process which includes: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate. The nursing process is an ongoing process that can end at any stage.

nnAssessment - Demonstrates a systematic, dynamic way to collect and analyze the following healthcare consumer data including: psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic and lifestyle factors

nnAdminister medications accurately and safely
n
nnExecute accurate and thorough documentation for all patients treated
n
nnKeep up with Physician orders
n
n nYour experience will be rewarded with 25% premium differentials, in addition to standard night and weekend pay. We are also offering a Sign-On Bonus and Educational Assistance to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
nThis Regional Float position will support our PCPU departments.
nJob Requirements
nnnGraduate of an RN nursing program.
n
nnActive RN licensure in the state of Nebraska, Iowa, or nurse licensure compact.
n
nnBasic Life Support is required upon hire.
n
nnACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required upon hire
n
nnOther credentials may be needed based on the level of care RN floats to.
n
nnAbility to travel to multiple metro facilities as needed on short notice.
n
nn2 years of RN experience
n
n nPreferred:
nnBachelors of Science in Nursing

n$36.00 - $52.20 /hour
