nMichael Silao, MD is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practice in Chino Hills, CA. nResponsibilities:
nConduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and health histories
nDiagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
nDevelop and implement individualized patient treatment plans
nPrescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and clinical guidelines
nOrder and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging
nProvide patient education on disease management, prevention, and wellness
nCollaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure continuity of care
nMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
nRequirements:
nActive Nurse Practitioner license in the state of California (NP-C or equivalent)
nMaster's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program
nCurrent DEA license and prescriptive authority
nBLS/ACLS certification required
n1+ years of clinical NP experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical rotations encouraged to apply
nProficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
nStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset
nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting
