Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a clinic-based telehealth position at a state-of-the-art healthcare center in Glendale, AZ. This on-site role combines virtual patient care with collaborative team support, including medical assistants and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Provide telehealth visits to established patients and manage clinical inboxes for care coordination.
Support a comprehensive system with access to specialists, urgent care, and other services.
Deliver care in a flexible schedule with options for 4x10 or 5x8 shifts.
Qualifications & Skills
Active DEA license with prescriptive authority.
AZ license eligibility as an FNP.
At least 1 year of primary care experience as an FNP.
