Job description
H. T. PROF Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a Skilled Nursing Facility with 145 beds in New York. The role emphasizes quality care and reducing hospitalizations by treating in place when possible.
Candidates must have an NY nursing license; SNF experience is preferred but not required. The position offers a salary range of $120,000 to $150,000 plus full benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision, HSA/FSA, 4 weeks PTO, $1500 CME and 1 week CME, malpractice, and 401k.
