Job description
The ChristianaCare Nurse Residency Program offers a Medical or Surgical track for Newark and Wilmington campuses. Graduating nursing students, new grads and RNs with less than one year of experience participate in a structured, accredited residency with preceptor-led experiences, simulations and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Participants must pass the Delaware RN licensing exam, commit to two years with ChristianaCare, and are supported by a comprehensive benefits package, competitive pay
