Job description
LCMC Health is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor to lead a nursing team and maintain patient care as the top priority. You will supervise daily operations under a nurse manager/director, schedule staff, educate the team, and ensure nursing documentation meets professional and JCAHO standards.
You’ll participate in recruitment and orientation, contribute to performance evaluations, and collaborate with leaders on hiring and policy adherence.
