Position: Nurse Supervisor - RN/LPN - Nights - $5000 Sign On Bonus
NHC HealthCare Moulton is looking for a Nurse Supervisor, RN / LPN to join our team. The role involves overseeing staffing, admissions, discharges, education, tours to prospective residents, addressing family and resident concerns, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Preferred graduate from an accredited school of nursing (BSN, ASN).
Licensed to practice in this state.
Participates in continuing education to maintain current knowledge and licensure requirements.
Maintains CPR certification.
Preferred experience in Ventilator Unit/Critical Care/Special Care.
Position Highlights
Supervises and evaluates the work performance of nursing staff.
Monitors care provided to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
Carries out disciplinary actions as stated in personnel policies.
Completes admission, discharge, and transfer documentation as needed.
Monitors resident lab schedules and results.
Monitors 24‑hour report sheets and follows up accordingly.
