Job description
Oakwood Meadows Assisted Living is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead nursing services and oversee care staff in a 78-bed facility. This role manages staffing, supervision, policy implementation, and collaboration with the Administrator to maintain high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
The incumbent will supervise LVN/RN staff, coordinate training, monitor care plans, and ensure timely reporting of changes in resident status, while aligning with standards of nursing practice
