Job description
MedStar Health is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead one or more nursing units, directing professional and support staff while ensuring high-quality patient care. This role requires 24-hour leadership and collaboration with Medical Staff and other leaders to align with the division's mission and values.
The Director will oversee staffing, budget, and resource management, drive professional development, and champion evidence-based practice in a patient-centered environment.
