Job description
Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington, IL, seeks an experienced Nursing Education and Professional Development leader to design and lead evidence-based educational programs for nursing staff. The role includes orientation, continuing education, and interprofessional collaboration to improve patient safety and outcomes.
Requires RN license, CNS or RN-BC within 6 months, and 3 years of clinical teaching experience. A Master's in Nursing is preferred; BSN with a Master's in Education is acceptable.
