Job description
Country Villa Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) / Nursing Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing in overseeing nursing services for long-term care residents. This leadership role focuses on clinical operations, staff support, regulatory compliance, and high-quality resident care.
You will partner with the DON, guide nursing teams, oversee care plans, and ensure safety and dignity for residents while promoting interdepartmental collaboration.
