Job description
Shriners Children’s in the United States seeks a Nursing Professional Development (NPD) Specialist to advance clinical competence and lifelong learning across a multi-disciplinary health care team. You will partner with Talent Development and Nursing Leadership to implement onboarding, assess staff competency, and drive evidence-based practice and quality improvement in patient care.
This role requires a BSN, MSN in Nursing Education or enrollment, BLS, and national NPD certification within 18
