Job description
Mobridge Regional Hospital & Clinics is seeking an OB Nurse Navigator, an RN who supports patients through pregnancy and postpartum by coordinating care, educating patients, assisting with referrals, and guiding them through the healthcare system.
This role collaborates with OB providers, clinic and hospital staff, specialists and community resources to promote positive outcomes for mothers and babies, handling care coordination for high-risk pregnancies and maintaining timely EMR documentation.
