OB/GYN Opportunity in Ashland, KYA leading regional healthcare system serving eastern Kentucky and southern Ohio is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN physician to join a well-established, hospital-employed group. This is an excellent opportunity to practice the full scope of obstetrics and gynecology in a collaborative, team-based environment.Practice DetailsFull-time employed OB/GYN position Join a growing team of OB/GYNs and certified nursing staff Balanced schedule including outpatient clinic, surgery, and labor & delivery 1:5 shared call rotation Flexible schedule with six weeks of time off Clinical ResponsibilitiesProvide full-scope obstetrics and gynecology care Perform deliveries and gynecologic surgeries Manage prenatal, postnatal, and preventive women's health care Utilize robotic-assisted surgical technology as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care Support & ResourcesModern LDRP suites and dedicated ORs for GYN procedures Access to robotic-assisted surgery technology Support from experienced laborists, anesthesiologists, and pediatric hospitalists Strong referral network across a large regional service area Compensation & Benefits$400,000 salary guarantee plus wRVU productivity and quality incentives Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Paid malpractice coverage Retirement plan options Generous PTO and CME allowance RequirementsMD or DO degree Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Eligible for Kentucky medical licensure Strong clinical and surgical skills Community Highlights - Ashland, KentuckySafe, family-friendly community with low cost of living Access to outdoor recreation including hiking, fishing, and boating Proximity to state and national parks Convenient drive to Cincinnati, Columbus, and Lexington Strong schools and welcoming community atmosphere
