Job description
Deaconess Clinic is seeking a full-time BC/BE OB/GYN to join our growing, high-volume program at Deaconess Henderson Hospital in Henderson, KY, offering a $500,000 guaranteed base salary (12-month guarantee), a $75,000 sign-on bonus, and up to $90,000 in student loan repayment. This position is ideal for new graduates or experienced OB/GYNs seeking a supportive practice environment, balanced inpatient and outpatient care, and the opportunity to practice in a well-established program with strong subspecialty support.

Practice Details
This position offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care with strong clinical infrastructure and excellent physician collaboration. You ll work in modern OB facilities with access to advanced surgical technology and a robust, multidisciplinary support network, including:
Maternal-Fetal Medicine Tri-State Perinatology
Reproductive Endocrinology Boston IVF at The Women s Hospital
Urogynecology Urogynecology & Pelvic Rehabilitation
Gynecologic Oncology The Women s Cancer Center

Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed $500,000 base salary
Productivity bonuses in addition to base
$75,000 sign-on bonus
Up to $90,000 student loan repayment
$2,000/month residency monthly stipend up to 24 months
