Job description
Concentra is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Coon Rapids, MN to join our occupational health team. You will provide primary medical direction, coordinate care, and deliver high-quality clinical services in a fast-paced environment.
Hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with incentive bonuses including monthly RVU and quarterly quality care programs. The role requires state licensure, board certification, and graduation from an accredited PA/NP program.
